Although I encountered numerous issues with my first Kit Miniature House purchase, the customer service truly changed my opinion of the company. They were incredibly patient, especially Rebecca, ensuring I was satisfied throughout the entire process. This excellent service gave me a second chance and I purchased a second set.

First Purchase: Many Issues
Unclear Instructions
When I first received the kit, I was eager to begin assembling it, but I quickly discovered numerous issues with the instructions. The illustrations were incomplete, lacking essential details, and the icons were unclear, leading to considerable confusion during assembly.

Mismatched Parts
The colors of the parts in the pictures didn’t match the actual parts, making it difficult to accurately identify them and making assembly extremely difficult.

Loose Connections
To make matters worse, many of the parts were so loosely connected that they were virtually impossible to secure without glue. Even with glue, long-term stability wasn’t guaranteed, and the parts often fell apart after assembly.

Second Try: Much Smoother
Thanks to the customer service and product improvements, I received my second Kit Miniature House. This time, the assembly went much more smoothly. The parts fit more tightly, and the assembly was much more stable. Although some parts still needed glue, the overall experience was already very enjoyable.

End Result: A Charming Kit Miniature House

The finished kit miniature house is truly charming, with exquisite details. It fits perfectly on my bookshelf, becoming a unique little decoration. My second attempt brought me even more joy and a sense of accomplishment.
